Job Scope(s):

• Establish and verify soft mooring parameters to ensure safe and effective offshore operations.
• Review and verify gangway operating procedures in accordance with project requirements and applicable safety standards.
• Perform structural design analyses and engineering assessments to ensure structural integrity and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare job cards work packs and supporting technical documentation for Hook-Up and Commissioning (HUC) activities.
• Participate in field activities during HUC execution providing engineering support and resolving structural-related issues.
• Review structural drawings and structural cutting plans to support offshore construction and installation activities.
• Perform engineering calculations and verifications including lifting analyses for offshore lifting operations.
• Coordinate with engineering construction and commissioning teams to ensure work is executed safely and in accordance with approved procedures and project requirements.

Requirement(s):

• Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering Civil Engineering or an equivalent relevant engineering qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry including at least 3 years in a similar role or capacity.
• Relevant engineering and commissioning experience in oil and gas projects
• Familiarity with structural drawings structural cutting plans and offshore construction activities.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and verifications particularly lifting analyses for offshore lifting operations.
• Knowledge of structural design principles applicable engineering standards and offshore project requirements.
• Good analytical problem-solving and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams
