Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring process issues and resolving issues within the shift. He will cover Middle of Line processess which are mainly Aligner process (Lens1 TxCol Lens Array) and Attach process (Mux Pmux Demux SA)
- Monitor the shiftly yield.
- Machine set-up optimization and buy-off.
- Reject disposition and verification.
- Training of trainers/operators for new processes.
- Carry out Engineering DOE/Evaluation/SBR
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Technology (Electronics Eletrical Mechanical Industrial).
Skills
- Experience in aligner process is an advantage.
- SPC
- Windows (Excel Word PPT)
Working Conditions
- This role is 100% onsite.
