We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Analyst to lead advanced testing initiatives drive automation and champion quality-first engineering practices to ensure the quality scalability and reliability of our software products.

• Lead the design development and execution of complex test plans and test cases across multiple projects or critical systems.
• Review and approve detailed test plans created by junior team members.
• Drive the estimation prioritisation planning and coordination of testing activities to meet project timelines.
• Oversee and execute advanced functional regression integration system and user acceptance testing including performance and security considerations.
• Identify document and track critical defects performing root-cause analysis on systemic issues.
• Lead defect triaging sessions and provide actionable data-driven reports to engineering leadership.
• Architect develop and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Evaluate recommend and implement new testing tools and strategies to modernise the QA framework.
• Collaborate closely with developers product managers and architects to shape product features and technical requirements.
• Act as a QA lead in Agile ceremonies advocating for quality at every stage.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to quality analysts fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Drive continuous improvement of enterprise testing processes and methodologies.
• Define track and analyse quality assurance metrics to present to stakeholders.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 47 years of experience in QA roles with a proven track record of leading testing initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern automated testing frameworks (e.g. Playwright Cypress). Experience with legacy tools like Selenium is a plus.
• Familiarity with or willingness to adopt AI-driven testing tools (e.g. visual AI such as Applitools and AI code assistants such as GitHub Copilot).
• Advanced understanding of software testing principles test architecture and methodologies.
• Extensive experience in API and web services testing using tools such as Postman including creating automated API test suites.
• Deep expertise in mobile testing and device farm integration.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g. GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system architectures.
• Excellent communication leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven experience working within and optimising Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Advanced certifications in software testing (e.g. ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst or Test Automation Engineer).
• Deep experience with specific tools or technologies relevant to our technology stack.
• Strong familiarity with the aviation travel tech or e-commerce industry domain.
