Job Summary
- Lead the execution of assigned projects from award through completion in accordance with Emerson PMO processes.
- Ensure compliance with contractual commercial technical and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate engineering procurement manufacturing quality logistics and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project performance proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage project changes variation orders and commercial opportunities to improve project profitability.
- Lead customer kick-off meetings progress reviews inspections and project closeout activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers contractors and business partners through effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Track project KPIs and provide regular status updates to internal management and external customers.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and successful project handover.

You communicate effectively with stakeholders make sound decisions under pressure and excel at coordinating multiple priorities. You are proactive organized and committed to delivering projects successfully while continuously improving project performance.
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Instrumentation & Control Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing EPC flow control valves instrumentation or related industries.
- Experience managing project schedules budgets risks and cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of project financial management and change order management.
- Excellent planning organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience with engineered flow control products including control valves actuators and regulators.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME ASTM IEC and ISA.
- Experience managing complex international or EPC projects.
- Knowledge of project management tools and best practices.
