Job Description (JD)
- Plan execute and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion in accordance with project objectives and requirements.
- Develop project plans schedules and resource arrangements and monitor progress throughout each project phase.
- Coordinate with customers suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare organise and maintain project-related technical documents drawings reports and progress records.
- Follow up on product development new product introduction engineering changes and technical issues coordinating with relevant departments to resolve problems.
- Monitor project quality cost schedule and safety requirements identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Provide regular updates on project progress implementation status and issues encountered together with recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in project-related procurement material preparation equipment installation testing and acceptance activities.
- Participate in project meetings follow up on action items and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Perform other project and engineering-related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements (JR)
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in project engineering engineering coordination or a related role.
- Experience in manufacturing machinery automation or precision engineering is preferred.
- Good project planning schedule management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings technical documents and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with project management software or CAD software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently follow up on project tasks and deliver results within established timelines.
- Proactive detail-oriented and responsible with good teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred for work-related communication.
Salary: Up to RM6k
