Job Summary
Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Payroll & Audit Management
- Multi-Country Processing: Manage and execute end-to-end payroll cycles for assigned countries across the region ensuring compliance with local tax laws and labor regulations.
- Data Integrity Audit: Conduct comprehensive audits of employee records within the ADP Payroll System. This includes pulling comparative reports from UKG to validate the accuracy of information for new joiners leavers and active employee updates.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure all data movements (promotions job changes and terminations) are accurately reflected before finalization.
- Compliance: Monitor and implement updates regarding government-mandated benefits and payroll tax requirements for all applicable jurisdictions.
Timekeeping & Stakeholder Support
- WFM System Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the Workforce Management (WFM) system. Pull attendance reports and assist employees and leadership with complex timekeeping needs and manual adjustments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Lead the communication of payroll rollouts policy updates and process changes to both the management team and the general employee population.
- Inquiry Resolution: Provide expert-level support to employees and managers regarding payroll discrepancies tax inquiries and statutory benefit concerns.
Competency Requirements
- End-to-End Expertise: Mastery of the full payroll lifecycle including pre-processing audits calculation statutory filing and post-payroll reconciliation.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of regional government regulations concerning payroll taxation and employee benefits.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience navigating global payroll platforms like ADP UKG and WFM systems.
- Analytical Thinking: High attention to detail with the ability to identify variances and reconcile data across multiple software platforms.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in regional or multi-country payroll processing and timekeeping administration.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Certification: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent regional certification is a plus.
