Operations Apprentice

• Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze daily operational data to identify process bottlenecks and efficiency gaps. Develop data-driven recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflow.

• Machinery Data Management: Establish systematic methods for collecting cleaning and monitoring data from production machinery to ensure accurate performance tracking and historical record-keeping.

• Automation Projects: Assist the engineering and project management teams in developing automated reports and interactive dashboards to streamline manual data entry and provide real-time operational visibility.

• Operational Gap Support: Collaborate with production and engineering leads to bridge gaps in daily operations by maintaining accurate documentation tracking KPIs and supporting equipment troubleshooting efforts.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Management and Engineering teams to translate complex technical data into actionable insights ensuring clear communication across departments.

Qualifications :

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Data Analytics or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Python SQL Excel) and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau or Power BI). Familiarity with automation concepts and dashboard development.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify process bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
