What Youll Do

As an Operations Associate you will:

• Provide excellent customer service across different areas of the store.
• Support stock replenishment inventory accuracy and product availability.
• Assist customers at self-checkout and help resolve basic payment or operational issues.
• Support Click & Collect customer collections and queue management.
• Process customer returns according to company procedures.
• Help maintain a clean safe and well-organised shopping environment.
• Support IKEA Food operations with customer service and stock replenishment when required.
• Follow operational procedures safety standards and company requirements.
• Work across different operational areas based on business needs and priorities.
