OEE & Productivity Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead initiatives that improve manufacturing productivity and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). This role requires strong analytical skills hands-on experience with industrial systems and knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT automation and data analytics. The ideal candidate will bridge traditional manufacturing practices with digital transformation strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor analyze and improve OEE across production lines.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvement measures.
• Deploy Industry 4.0 solutions (IoT sensors AI-driven analytics digital twins MES/ERP integration).
• Collaborate with operations engineering and IT teams to drive smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time performance tracking.
• Train and support staff in adopting new technologies and lean practices.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with company KPIs.

Qualifications :

REQUIRED:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Industrial Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in OEE monitoring productivity improvement or lean manufacturing.

PREFERRED:

• Passion for digital transformation in manufacturing.
• Ability to balance technical rigor with practical implementation.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.

SKILLS:

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT AI robotics cloud platforms MES/ERP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Experience with Six Sigma TPM or Lean methodologies is a plus.
