About the Role

We are inviting enthusiastic students to join our Network Engineering team as Interns. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across data center and enterprise environments.

As a Network Engineering Intern you will work alongside experienced engineers and be exposed to network design troubleshooting monitoring and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

A Level 1 Technician is responsible for the workflow and escalations of assigned tickets and problems.

Some of the primary duties include:

Event Verification / Initial Triage

Incident Record Opening

Answer phone Calls

Create / troubleshoot incident tickets

Engage the vendor & field services as needed

Create RCAs

Execute RMA process

Investigate diagnose and validate incidents upon contact

Skillset:

Cisco devices

HPN devices (H3C / Procurve / 3com/Aruba ) - optional

F5 Load Balancer

Cloud Networking

Eligibility :

Must be currently enrolled in a degree or Diploma program (Any computer related program) at College or University
