Job Overview
We are looking for an Technical Lead with strong hands-on development expertise solutioning capabilities and team management experience. The ideal candidate will lead a small development team drive technical design and architecture discussions and ensure successful delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a small team of developers for application delivery and support.
Design and propose scalable technical solutions based on business requirements.
Provide hands-on development using technologies.
Review code enforce coding standards and ensure best development practices.
Collaborate with Business Analysts Project Managers QA teams and stakeholders.
Participate in architecture discussions effort estimations and technical planning.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution guidance.
Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and performance standards.
Mentor junior developers and support technical skill development within the team.
Drive Agile/Scrum development practices and participate in sprint activities.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related discipline.
710 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.
Proven experience leading or managing small technical teams.
Strong hands-on experience in:
C#
/ .NET Core
Web APIs / RESTful Services
SQL Server
JavaScript HTML CSS
Experience in solution design system integration and application architecture.
Good understanding of SDLC Agile and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure is an advantage.
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in enterprise application development.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization is a plus.
Banking Financial Services or Insurance domain experience is advantageous.
