Job Description:
- Design develop test and implement mechanical systems equipment and tooling for production.
- Prepare and issue process documents (process flow work instructions inspection procedures) and conduct training.
- Monitor and optimize process performance including first-pass yield cost efficiency and safety.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement timely corrective and improvement actions.
- Design and deliver production fixtures and tooling within required timelines.
- Support equipment installation commissioning maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D Production Quality Procurement PMC) and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards company policies and ISO requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Familiar with tools/methodologies such as APQP FMEA PPAP 8D PDCA etc.
- Proficient in CAD and strong knowledge of thermodynamics fluid mechanics and materials.
- Strong problem-solving communication and project management skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Location: Senai Johor
Salary Range: Up to RM9k
