Job Summary
The Opportunity:
Responsible for leading the APAC P&C Operations function delivering a scalable standardised and technology enabled operating model across the region. This role oversees employee lifecycle administration Workday governance employee and manager services operational controls and process excellence across multiple markets. The Manager P&C Operations APAC will lead regional service delivery teams drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen governance to enable Business Partners to focus on strategic business partnership activities.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Lead the APAC P&C Operations team across Kuala Lumpur and Shenzhen.
- Establish and maintain regional service delivery standards SLAs and operating procedures.
- Oversee onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle administration activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of Workday transactions and employee data changes.
- Drive data integrity reporting governance and operational compliance.
- Manage employee and manager support services including case management and service requests.
- Identify and implement process improvements automation opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Payroll Compensation & Benefits Talent Development and Business Partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop operational metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and service quality.
- Support audit compliance and risk management activities across APAC.
- Coach and develop team members while building capability and succession within P&C Operations.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning embracing challenges and improving themselves.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
- 7 years of People & Culture / Human Resources experience.
- 3 years leading operational shared services or employee lifecycle functions.
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
- Experience with Workday or equivalent HRIS platforms.
- Experience leading process improvement or operational transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms preferably Workday.
- Strong knowledge of governance controls and service delivery models.
- Experience developing and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex regional environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Power BI and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive change across a matrix organisation.
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
