Junior Technician

We are looking for an experienced Junior Technician to provide technical troubleshooting and support across automotive operations. You will handle cases requiring detailed investigation work closely with technical support teams and coordinate with internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and service standards are maintained.

Office Location: Jalan Lahat 30200 Ipoh Perak

What Will You Do:

• Handle technical support cases that require in-depth troubleshooting and resolution.
• Follow established technical support processes and ensure cases are managed efficiently.
• Work closely with the Primary Technical Support team to provide effective solutions to outlets and frontline support teams.
• Manage incoming call flows and technical enquiries from both internal and external parties.
• Investigate technical and quality-related issues to identify the underlying source of the problem.
• Communicate and share technical knowledge with L2 Engineers and Primary Support teams.
• Coordinate with other departments to support operational requirements and improve customer service levels.
• Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly reports to the Technical Support Manager.
• Conduct site visits when required to support technical troubleshooting and resolution.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
