We are seeking an experienced Internal Forward Deployed Engineer to collaborate with internal product and delivery teams transforming complex problems into effective software solutions that address real user needs.

• Embed with internal teams to understand workflows constraints and success criteria.
• Design build test and deliver end-to-end features based on clarified requirements.
• Integrate internal tools and APIs and resolve issues identified during real-world use.
• Produce clear technical notes demos and handover documentation for both recruiters and engineers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define scope evaluate trade-offs and plan rollouts.

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 25 years building and deploying software in production.

• Strong skills in Python or TypeScript.
• Strong skills in REST APIs.
• Strong skills in SQL.
• Comfort working on-site or hybrid with non-technical stakeholders.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Experience integrating internal tools and APIs.
• Experience with TypeScript-based backend frameworks (e.g. Express).
