1. Develop clear and effective campaign communication materials

Support the preparation of written communication materials required for agency campaigns recognition initiatives events and internal announcements including campaign circulars launch messages briefing notes FAQs success stories management scripts speeches and stakeholder updates.

2. Translate campaign mechanics into simple and agent-friendly messaging

Convert campaign mechanics qualification criteria rewards timelines and calls-to-action into concise easy-to-understand communication that supports agent awareness participation and compliance with campaign requirements.

3. Coordinate communication timelines and stakeholder follow-ups
Support the tracking of communication deliverables approval timelines pending inputs and dissemination schedules to ensure campaign materials are issued according to agreed timelines.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Public Relation TESL Marketing Mass Communication or related disciplines.

Basic knowledge of design principles layout typography visual communication and digital content creation.

Familiarity with simple data analysis to develop presentation deck

Good communication coordination and execution skills with the ability to work within timelines.

Professional detail-oriented eager to learn and comfortable supporting a fast-paced campaign management environment.

Past experience in writing a campaign pitch advertisement or journal will be an advantage
