Job Descriptions

• Manage the full logistics process for Kuala Lumpur projects including sea and air freight booking import and export customs clearance goods pickup and warehouse management.
• Coordinate logistics connection between the project site and domestic supply chain to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project materials.
• Connect with local forwarders customs shipping companies and trucking service providers establish and maintain stable cooperative relationships to ensure smooth logistics channels.
• Cooperate with on-site Chinese engineers in material deployment and respond promptly to emergency shipment demands to support smooth project construction.
• Control logistics costs by conducting inquiry and price comparison and continuously optimize transportation plans and methods to reduce project logistics expenses.
• Maintain logistics ledgers compile regular reports and update KPI data to ensure authentic accurate and traceable logistics data.

Job Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant logistics working experience proficient in at least two core business links among sea freight air freight customs clearance and warehousing.
• Proficient in oral and written English and Mandarin able to take English as working language and communicate with overseas agents independently.
• Familiar with Malaysian customs policies and local import & export procedures is preferred.
• Practical logistics experience in overseas projects EPC engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Working experience in local logistics or forwarding companies in Malaysia is a plus.

Location: Klang Selangor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM) Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)

Salary Range: RM6000 - 9000
