HTOL Engineer
Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- To establish the Oven /Chamber capability Oven Control and Maintenance and maintain Oven /Chamber functionality and software revision. To fully understand the necessary controls maintenance precautions setting up parameters to meet the product specification.
- Responsible for the periodic preventive maintenance chambers and controller system. Ensure software and systems run smoothly without issue.
- Responsible for cycle time reduction process simplification and elimination chambers temperature reliability.
- Simplification / elimination and minimize unit failure meet process yield and avoid product aging.
- Collaborate with software team to develop and customize if there are new parameters added or upgraded.
- Responsible to provide guideline document and agilize for each process established.
- Responsible to develop systematic guidelines for chamber troubleshooting new process setup including safety requirement.
- Provide hands-on technical training and consultation to manufacturing support group for basic knowledge
- Responsible for managing inventory spare part to order from supplier.
- Communication skills to communicate and interface well with peers enhance teamwork

- Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of tasks.
Compliance to ISO Requirements company rules & regulations applicable codes etc.
Education & Experience
Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Electrical/Electronics Computer Engineering/Computer Science
At least 1 yr of Equipment Maintenance/Testing experience & testing methodologies. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature availability of buddy duration of learning etc
With good computer literacy good communication skill and reporting of information/data. Strong interest in computer hardware engineering.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting a wide range of desktop software and components.
Experience in equipments Total Control Methodology.
