What you will do:

As a Project Engineer youwillbe responsible for effective project management on the implementation of design installation testing commissioning of Marine Fire Detection Protection & Suppression systems.

How you will do it:

• Perform design and prepare engineering drawings (2D/3D) and documentation as per customers/project requirements.

• Provide technical support and/or propose alternative technical solutions to meet customers requirements.

• Responsible for technical planning and project scheduling to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the projects.

• Liaise and maintain good relationship with customers subcontractors and suppliers.

• Manage project contractual terms and conditions.

• Manage project budget/cost tracking on costing of materials and labor progress billing etc.

• Attend clarification or site meetings and prepare progress report.

• Compilation and submission of all documentations as required as per the project requirements.

• Able to travel overseas as required by Company.

• Support in identifying and pursuing variation order opportunities.

• MX Consys Programming for addressable fire detection and alarm systems

What we look for:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Marine Engineering or other relevant trades.

• At least 5 years experience in Marine Offshore Protection System with related experience in project executions.

• Good knowledge of Marine Classification Rules & Regulations Basic knowledge IT systems such as SCADA PLC.

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices including risk management threat modeling and incident response.

• Familiar with Fire Detection Protection & Suppression systems.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Project Microsoft Excel.

• Resourceful results-oriented excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.

• Able to work independently and deliver results for multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting for addressable fire detection and alarm systems
