Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis reconciliation and process execution with the ability to provide key insights that drive strategic decisions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is highly proficient in Excel SAP and EPM systems and is comfortable managing recurring finance processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Headcount reconciliation operational expense analyses capital expense analyses journal entry posting.
• Execute and continuously improve recurring finance processes including data validation reconciliations reporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Use SAP and EPM systems to prepare accurate financial reports and support planning activities.
• Work with large datasets ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial data processing.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis reporting and modeling.
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel SAP EPM or similar ERP.
• Ability to multi-task prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English verbal written and reasoning skills.
• A goal-oriented team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Any level of communication in Japanese is not compulsory but an advantage.
