About the role

As Director Strategic Programs (Back-End) you will lead the execution of Nexperias most important Back-End transformation programs. You will drive large-scale initiatives such as manufacturing transfers capacity expansions supply chain resilience programs operational transformations and ramp-ups ensuring strategic priorities are translated into measurable business results.

What you will do

  • Lead the execution of Nexperias most critical transformation programs predominantly in Back-End ensuring strategic objectives are translated into measurable business results.
  • Drive large-scale cross-functional initiatives including manufacturing transfers capacity expansions operational transformations factory ramp-ups and large-scale NPIs.
  • Strengthen supply chain and manufacturing network resilience by addressing geopolitical risks business continuity and operational vulnerabilities.
  • Partner closely with Back-End Operations Supply Chain Management External Manufacturing Purchasing Quality Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Excellence and Business Groups.
  • Lead executive stakeholder alignment governance and decision-making to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Identify assess and mitigate program risks while ensuring delivery against timelines budgets and performance targets.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners suppliers and manufacturing partners to support long-term operational growth and competitiveness.
  • Establish and implement a scalable program management framework that improves execution excellence and creates value across the organization.

What you will need

  • University degree in Engineering Business Management Supply Chain Management Strategy or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as program leader in semiconductor manufacturing electronics automotive operations supply chain industrial engineering or related area.
  • Experience with project management methodologies Lean Six Sigma or comparable frameworks is required.
  • Proven experience in managing complex cross-functional programs aligning diverse stakeholders solving challenging problems and driving execution in fast-paced global environments.
  • Project and program management certifications such as PMP PgMP PRINCE2 or Six Sigma are considered an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally if required to support transformation programs manufacturing sites and partner engagements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global environment with multicultural teams.
