We are seeking an experienced Developer to support application development release management and quality assurance for the Investment & Wealth platform within a Core Banking environment.

• Develop maintain and enhance applications for the Investment & Wealth platform technologies.
• Perform database development optimisation and troubleshooting with MS SQL Server and SQL.
• Support release management activities including deployment planning coordination and implementation.
• Participate in quality assurance activities such as testing defect resolution and validation of application enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users project teams and technical stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and resolve production issues.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues to maintain system availability and performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system changes releases and support activities.
• Adhere to organisational development standards security policies and best practices.

• Bachelors degree in any related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience working in an Open Systems environment.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) release management and quality assurance processes.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Core Banking or Investment & Wealth Management systems.

• Familiarity with application deployment and release automation processes.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of system integration and performance tuning.
• Experience supporting production environments and incident resolution.
• Hands-on experience with Silverlake Investments & Wealth.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
