Purpose of the Job:

Part of HPPM H&P new product innovation team for new product/process improvement based on customer/market needs.

• Involve in the development of new R&D projects by experimentations and investigations through scientific methods to collect dataset to evaluate the technical feasibility of potential solutions/prototypes to address the objective of the R&D project.
• Engage in development of new test methods/tools that are tailored for specific measurements to enhance the efficiency of data collection and analysis.
• Contribute to safe working environment by identify and review safety measures in work as a continuous effort in workplace safety.

Main Accountabilities:

report on and improve safety related issues in intermediate working environment using available tools and systems.

innovation project development and plant-scale up initiated by supervisor.

engage in and conduct tests and experiments in structural approaches to ensure delivery of project on time.

analyse and interpret complex analytical datasets.

findings in technical report and communicate results to supervisor.

development of new test method to strengthen innovation competitiveness.

review of related patent monitoring in Intellectual Property practices.

compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards.
