Job Summary

Company Background

Our client is an established and growing company in the food manufacturing and food service industry specializing in large-scale food production and central kitchen operations. Due to business expansion they are looking for a capable and experienced Central Kitchen Manager to join their team based in Seri Kembangan Selangor.

  • Manage the whole central kitchen operation including production warehouse delivery/logistics quality control R&D and maintenance teams.
  • Lead managers and staff to achieve company targets and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure food quality and food safety are always maintained and customers receive consistent products.
  • Create and improve SOPs systems and work processes to make operations more organized and efficient.
  • Monitor costs and budgets to reduce waste and improve profitability.
  • Work closely with outlet operations to solve food quality issues and customer complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards HALAL requirements and local food regulations.
  • Review kitchen performance regularly and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain machinery and kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle staff management including hiring training coaching and performance evaluation.
  • Implement new technology or systems to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree Certificate in Culinary Food Production Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in central kitchen food manufacturing or large-scale food production environment.
  • Experience in managing kitchen operations and production teams.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards HACCP and GMP requirements.
  • Good leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
  • Computer literate and able to prepare reports and production records.
  • Proactive independent and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
