Job Summary

The Role: The Architect of Our Growth Channels

Your Mission: We need a strategic growth engine. Lets be clear upfront: This is not a 1-to-1 direct sales role. You wont be cold-calling individual consumers. Instead your mission is to build the pipelines that bring those customers to us. You will identify negotiate and scale strategic partnerships affiliate networks and high-leverage marketing channels. Your focus is on ROI scalability and closing B2B deals that drive B2C volume.

What Youll Actually Do

1. Build Strategic Partnerships & Affiliate Networks

  • Scout qualify and develop lucrative relationships with external partners and affiliates.

  • Build compelling commercial proposals including commission structures revenue shares and joint collaborations.

2. Close the Deals

  • Lead negotiations and lock in partnership agreements.

  • Ensure what is promised on paper can actually be executed operationally by coordinating with our internal teams.

3. Orchestrate Growth Campaigns

  • Design end-to-end partner-led campaigns (budget timeline mechanics and deliverables).

  • Play "conductor" between external partners agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure flawless campaign rollouts.

4. Protect the Bottom Line (ROI & Profitability)

  • Treat our growth channels like an investment portfolio. Evaluate them relentlessly based on cost-efficiency ROI and scalability.

  • Track performance. Tell us exactly where we need to scale up what needs tweaking and what we should kill entirely.

How You Will Win Here (Success Metrics)

You are succeeding when our partner-driven leads and enrollments are consistently climbing our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through channels is dropping and your partner portfolio is expanding with active profitable relationships.



Requirements

  • Experience: 25 years in business development (alliances) partnerships growth marketing or channel development.

  • Track Record: You have tangible proof of growing a channel or partnership initiative that generated measurable results.

  • The Deal-Maker Gene: You possess strong negotiation skills and high professional polish for external stakeholder management.

  • Commercial Acumen: You arent afraid of a spreadsheet. You understand ROI conversion rates and how to use data to justify your decisions.
