Role overview
This role requires a significant knowledge of Wholesale Banking (incl. funds industry custody and depositary bank activities) and Financial Market & Treasury products and processes. It combines a client-focused approach with analytical skills and result-oriented thinking and risk thinking.
Your key activities:
Requirements gathering & analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and clarify product-related requirements.
- Truly understand our products services and end-to-end customer processes.
- Analyze platform changes and process variations to identify risks.
- Prepare clear and structured functional specifications for development teams.
Risk & compliance management
- Conduct risk assessments on proposed changes and processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal risk frameworks (e.g. NFR ORM KYC/AML Fraud Information Security) and proactively coordinate with 2nd line of defense teams to secure all required approvals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor and address compliance gaps proactively.
Agile delivery & cross-functional collaboration
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning refinement retrospectives demos).
- Work closely with Tech teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Drive process simplification and harmonization across functional lines.
- Contribute to team dynamics and foster collaboration to achieve common goals.
