Your missions:

Our customer is looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to guide the development of our next-generation software solutions.

As a key member of our technology team you will combine technical leadership with active development helping to shape architecture mentor developers and deliver high-quality applications built with modern technologies.

Key Responsabilities:

• Lead the design and development of modern web applications and APIs.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.

• Drive architecture decisions and promote engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with Product Owners Business Analysts and other stakeholders.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Support the continuous improvement of our development processes and technology stack.

• Contribute to document management archiving and data lifecycle solutions.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

The ideal profile would have:

• Strong experience with Java Spring Boot and Angular.

• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

• Experience building scalable secure and maintainable applications.

• Familiarity with REST APIs databases Git Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Previous experience leading or mentoring development teams.

• Agile mindset and collaborative approach.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).

• Knowledge of microservices architectures.
