Job Summary

So what are the main responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager in Netcompany 

Our client an international financial institution is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to support programme management activities within large-scale transformation or ERP programmes. The consultant will drive governance coordination and reporting across multiple streams in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.

As a Senior Project Manager you will

  • Establish manage and continuously improve programme governance structures including SteerCos reporting frameworks and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain programme roadmaps milestone plans and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure effective coordination and alignment between programme streams identifying interdependencies and resolving conflicts.
  • Prepare high-quality programme reports and senior management materials summarizing progress risks and key decisions.
  • Proactively identify assess and track programme risks issues and dependencies ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between business IT and vendor stakeholders ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Support programme phases including procurement vendor selection and implementation oversight.
  • Implement and enforce standard programme management tools templates and processes driving continuous improvement in PMO practices.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • University degree in Business Administration Finance Engineering or a related field and minimum 8 years of proven experience in PMO/programme management support within large-scale transformation or ERP programmes.
  • Strong understanding of programme management principles governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning coordinating and tracking large multi-stream programmes involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience establishing and running programme governance structures (e.g. SteerCo reporting cycles decision frameworks).
  • Hands-on experience in ERP implementations (e.g. SAP Oracle) and/or large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments including business teams IT and external vendors; exposure to regulated industries is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of programme-level risk issue and dependency management along with planning tools (roadmaps milestone tracking) and PMO methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills in English French or any other EU language is a plus.
