Job Summary
- Support Senior Private Bankers and Team Heads in the management and development of client relationships;
- Prepare and participate in client meetings reviews investment discussions and follow-up actions;
- Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day client requests ensuring timely and professional responses;
- Assist in identifying client needs and objectives and help coordinate appropriate solutions with internal specialists;
- Support the preparation of investment proposals portfolio reviews and client presentations in collaboration with the Investment department;
- Execute client instructions and transactions in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements;
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of account opening documentation KYC reviews periodic reviews and other regulatory requirements;
- Monitor client accounts and follow up on outstanding documentation or operational matters;
- Maintain high-quality client records and ensure that all information is updated in internal systems;
- Conduct market and client research to support business development initiatives;
- Build trusted relationships with clients while working under the supervision of Senior Private Bankers;
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient delivery of services and solutions;
- Adhere strictly to cross-border regulations internal policies and compliance requirements;
- Participate actively in training programs and continuously develop private banking investment and regulatory knowledge;
Qualifications :
- University degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field;
- Willingness to pursue professional development and relevant banking qualifications;
- Previous internship or initial experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking is considered an advantage;
- Good understanding of financial markets and investment products;
- Knowledge of the regulatory and compliance environment applicable to Private Banking;
- Strong interest in Wealth Management and Private Banking;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Client-oriented mindset with a strong service ethic;
- Professional reliable and discreet;
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines;
- Demonstrates initiative motivation and willingness to learn;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent in English and French.
