Identity & Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst / IAM Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst / IAM Specialist to support the implementation of an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program as part of a Cyber Resilience initiative. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders technical teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of IAM processes governance and access management controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of IGA workflows including:
- Access requests
- Approvals
- Provisioning and deprovisioning
- Access recertification
- Collaborate with business IT teams and external integrators to resolve project issues and remove blockers.
- Test validate and document IAM processes such as Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) and access management workflows.
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
- Create and maintain process documentation procedures and training materials.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to improve IAM adoption and user experience.
- Define and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
- Support the creation of IAM metrics dashboards and reporting.
- Contribute to governance activities related to Segregation of Duties (SoD) least privilege and access reviews.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IAM Specialist within IAM/IGA projects.
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Access recertification
- Provisioning and deprovisioning
- Hands-on experience with at least one IGA platform.
- Knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- LDAP
- Single Sign-On (SAML/OAuth)
- Experience with requirements gathering process modelling user stories and documentation.
- Data analysis skills using SQL Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation quality.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Education
- Masters degree in Computer Science Information Security Business Analysis or a related field.
