Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to redesign the Reservation Module of eTravel an internal passenger flight reservation application used by Cargolux employees and by proxy their family members and guests. The current UI is outdated has generated user complaints and insufficiently supports new features and mobile usage. Over time the module has grown complex with intertwined features; the consultant will be expected to decouple these and design clear streamlined workflows.
The objectives are to improve usability and user experience reduce userinduced errors and incidents (primary KPI) modernize the UI and deliver a responsive design for web tablet and mobile. Core deliverables include user research user flows lowfidelity wireframes and highfidelity UI designs with value placed on prototypes reusable components and developer handover. The solution must be feasible for a React frontend.

Users
- Primary users: Cargolux employees (business training vacation travel)
- Secondary users: Family members and guests (by proxy)
- Personas do not exist and may be developed together with the internal analyst
Technical Context
- Frontend technology: React
- No mandatory design system or UI framework
- Designs must be feasible for Reactbased implementation
Vendor Requirements
- UI/UX portfolio with relevant web application examples
- Description of approach and methodology
- Proposed timeline and effort allocation
