Compliance Officer

To complete the Compliance team of our Wealth Management European Hub in Luxembourg we are looking for a Compliance Officer :

• Participate in the development of internal documents related to Compliance and participation of Compliance guidelines;
• Participate in the training program provided to the employees of the bank;
• Provide advice and support to the WM entities compliance departments on Compliance;
• Preparation of quarterly reports on the divisions activities;
• Participate to ad-hoc projects in relation to the divisions activities;
• Execution of controls in accordance with the compliance monitoring plan;
• Perform analysis and presentation to various Committees;
• Follow up with internal and external audit findings issued by any authority.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or masters degree in compliance legal or related field;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in an equivalent role within banking or financial services;
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions regulations and industry best practice;
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex structures and documents and identify key risks;
• Familiarity with AML and sanctions screening tools and systems;
• Strong analytical skills attention to detail;
• Good organizational and priority management skill;
• Native French speaker with very good level in English (C1).
