Job Summary

ARHS Group part of Accenture is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager (m/f) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.

You will contribute to the implementation of a digital platform supporting regulatory compliance processes and the consolidation of existing tools and manual workflows. Working closely with business users and technical partners you will combine business analysis with day-to-day project coordination activities.

THE WORK:

  • Work closely with business users to clarify and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and communicate requirements to the solution integrator.
  • Support the alignment between business users and technical stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Contribute to testing activities and validation of the delivered solution.
  • Prepare materials and updates for Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.
  • Organize and facilitate regular project follow-up meetings.
  • Monitor and report project issues progress and key activities.
  • Support the implementation of digitalized and automated regulatory compliance processes.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.

HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:

  • Experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within IT projects.
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into user stories.
  • Experience working closely with business users and technical teams or solution integrators.
  • Experience supporting testing and project coordination activities.
  • Ability to prepare project reporting and contribute to Steering Committee meetings.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English.
