We are seeking a Senior Business & Data Analyst to join our clients a long-term project supporting the Treasury function within a leading financial services organization. The role focuses on enhancing regulatory reporting data governance and BCBS239 compliance across securitisation-related processes.
As part of the team you will help improve data governance standards document end-to-end data flows and lineage analyze business and data requirements support UAT activities and ensure high-quality regulatory reporting. You will work closely with Treasury specialists Product Owners Business Intelligence teams and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable compliant and well-documented data solutions.
Location: Baltic States
Working hours aligned with the Baltic/European time zone

Hourly Rate3545/hour
Responsibilities
Analyze business and data requirements for Treasury and regulatory reporting initiatives.
Create and maintain source-to-target mappings and data lineage documentation.
Support BCBS239 data governance and documentation activities.
Review validate and reconcile data to ensure quality and consistency.
Document business processes data models reporting architecture and data flows.
Develop and maintain business glossaries data dictionaries and lineage diagrams.
Plan coordinate and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including support for test automation initiatives.
Collaborate with Treasury Product Owners BI and technical teams to deliver regulatory reporting solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvements in data quality and governance practices.
Required Skills
Experience as a Business Analyst Data Analyst or Business & Data Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of banking regulatory reporting including COREP and ESMA securitisation reporting.
Knowledge of securitisation reporting processes and data structures.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience working with DWVault and BDS queries.
Experience with source-to-target mapping.
Hands-on experience with data quality validation reconciliation and governance.
Experience documenting data lineage business processes and reporting architecture.
Knowledge of BPMN 2.0.
Experience maintaining business glossaries and data dictionaries.
Experience planning and supporting UAT activities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS.
Knowledge of Data Mesh principles.
Test automation scripting experience.
Experience implementing or supporting BCBS239 data governance frameworks.
