IT Procurement Project Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing procurement projects for IT services Hardware Software SaaS and Cloud across the EUROAPOTHECA Group

• Owning the end-to-end procurement process from business needs assessment to vendor selection negotiations contracting and implementation support

• Acting as a trusted partner for IT and business stakeholders helping identify the most suitable technology and commercial solutions

• Managing strategic vendor relationships and driving long-term partnerships

• Leading commercial negotiations to achieve the best value while balancing cost quality and business

Requirements:

• Preparing business cases TCO analyses and cost optimization initiatives

• Planning monitoring and controlling IT procurement budgets

• Ensuring procurement governance compliance and continuous improvement of procurement processes

• Keeping up with technology trends licensing models and market developments to provide valuable recommendations

We are looking for a colleague who:

• Has 5 years of experience in IT Procurement IT Vendor Management IT Sales or a similar role

• Possesses technical understanding of IT infrastructure software and enterprise technologies

• Has experience managing complex procurement projects and working with multiple stakeholders

• Understands software licensing models and commercial aspects of IT solutions

• Has strong negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills

• Is able to evaluate both technical and commercial aspects of IT solutions

• Demonstrates a proactive analytical and business-oriented mindset

• Is comfortable working in both English and Lithuanian
