Head of Finance (Fixed-term Position)

Were currently looking for a talented motivated and highly independent Head of Finance to join us on our mission to fight boredom and bring joy to billions of people worldwide. Please note: This is a fixed-term temporary position.

What You Will Do:

• Improve financial processes identify and manage financial risks;

• Monitor daily cash balances to optimize cash levels minimize idle funds and develop cash flow forecasts to anticipate future financial needs;

• Support senior leadership on budgeting and reporting processes ensuring alignment with set goals;

• Oversee company policies and the achievement of goals and objectives to ensure proper financial oversight in protecting the companys assets;

• Manage a portfolio of investments to balance risk and return according to the organizations strategy and risk tolerance;

• Coordinate with banks to manage accounts services and transactions. Negotiate terms and fees with financial institutions to ensure cost-effective services;

• Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management for strategic decision-making;

• Manage and develop a team of finance specialists and coordinate with the outsourced accounting firm;

• Lead an end-to-end audit process of current systems while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors;

• Establish and maintain policies for cash management investment and risk management.

What We Expect:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field;

• 5 years of experience in financial management;

• Deep knowledge of budgeting forecasting risk management financial reporting audit coordination financial planning and finance strategy development;

• A highly independent proactive and hands-on mindset;

• Previous experience working within complex corporate structures (holdings group of companies) is considered a strong plus;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent communication skills enthusiasm and initiative;

• Excellent MS Excel skills;

• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Salary: 5000 - 6600 gross / month. (We are open to discussing the final salary based on your experience).
