Youll balance strong visual craft with an understanding of whats actually working in the data stay consistent with each clients brand guidelines and keep a working library of templates and assets that speeds up delivery for the whole team.

What Youll Do

• Turn briefs from creative strategists into static and video ad concepts for Meta TikTok and other paid social channels
• Build out visual variations for A/B testing same concept different angles
• Work closely with creative strategists video editors and media buyers to keep the creative pipeline moving
• React to performance data: when a creative underperforms adjust the visual approach
• Maintain consistency with each clients brand guidelines while still using formats that stop the scroll
• Keep a working library of templates and assets

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of experience in graphic design ideally with paid social or performance marketing work
• Strong portfolio showing static and video ad concepts for Meta TikTok or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects) and/or Figma
• Understanding of platform-specific formats and specs (aspect ratios safe zones length limits)
• Experience building creative variations for A/B testing
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into visual iterations
• Strong sense of brand consistency balanced with attention-grabbing scroll-native design
• Comfortable working across multiple clients and brand guidelines simultaneously
• Good communication skills for collaborating with strategists editors and media buyers
• Organized approach to managing a template and asset library
• Ability to work independently and meet fast-moving deadlines

• Salary from 2200 to 3500 EUR gross/month depending on experience and qualifications.
