Financial Analyst

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing periodic reports market analyses and other financial insights

• Assisting in budgeting and financial planning processes

• Collecting analyzing and structuring data to support business decision-making

• Providing insights recommendations and proposals to senior colleagues and management

• Developing and enhancing analytical tools reports and financial models

• Supporting Finance and other departments with analysis and reporting-related activities

We are looking for a colleague who has:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Financial and Business Analyst Auditor Advisory Specialist or in a similar role

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Economics Mathematics or a related field

• Understanding of general accounting principles

• Proven experience in organizing analyzing and interpreting financial and business data

• Advanced MS Excel skills ideally Power Bi and SQL knowledge (as plus)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian written and spoken
