Your day to day
- Manage the finances of hotel development and renovation projects in Italy Romania and Switzerland. This includes checking invoices against contracts and budgets preparing payments and tracking costs.
- Prepare loan drawdown packages and the reports banks require.
- Prepare budget-vs-actual and cash flow reports for management and shareholders.
- Act as the main contact for local accounting firms resolving questions on documents payments and how transactions are recorded.
- Work with tax advisors contractors and project managers.
- Help improve and automate the groups finance processes.
What we expect from you
- A university degree in finance economics or accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance accounting or audit. Experience at a Big Four firm or in real estate or construction projects is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- The ability to work independently and accurately and to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
