Mano Bank is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will take full ownership of the Banks day-to-day operations and ensure consistent disciplined execution across the organization.

This is a key leadership role responsible for running the Bank on a daily basis overseeing core business areas ensuring performance and driving operational excellence in a regulated environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take full ownership of daily operations across the Bank;

• Lead and coordinate key areas: operations risk AML/CFT and payments;

• Oversee execution of business KPIs and ensure results are delivered;

• Work closely with technology teams to continuously improve systems and processes;

• Go into the details identify issues remove bottlenecks and improve how things work;

• Build clear processes accountability and performance discipline across teams;

• Ensure strong compliance control environment and regulatory alignment.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

• Proven leadership experience in a financial services institution;

• Experience managing large teams and complex organizational structures;

• Strong understanding of banking operations risk AML and payments;

• Hands-on approach comfortable going deep into operational details;

• Ability to bring structure clarity and execution discipline;

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
