Laboratory Consultant
Department: Laboratory & Pathology
Reports To: Medical Director

Job Summary:
The Laboratory Consultant will oversee clinical laboratory services ensuring accurate diagnostic testing regulatory compliance quality assurance and effective laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise laboratory diagnostic services.
- Validate and interpret laboratory results.
- Ensure laboratory accreditation and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance programs.
- Supervise laboratory physicians and technologists.
- Participate in clinical consultations.
- Support continuous improvement of laboratory services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Medical Degree.
- Specialist Degree in Clinical Laboratory Medicine or Pathology.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience.
