• Understand how winning performance creatives work
• Know how to edit for retention hook rate CTR and conversions
• Have experience with health wellness beauty or dropshipping brands
• Can work fast without sacrificing quality
• Take feedback professionally and improve quickly
• Are proactive coachable and growth-oriented

AI Experience is a BIG Plus

Were specifically looking for editors who already use AI tools for:

• AI UGC generation
• AI B-roll creation
• Creative automation workflows

Be ready to share the AI tools and workflows you use.

Preferred Background

• Lebanese Arabic speakers preferred
• Egyptian Arabic speakers welcome
