Logistics and Warehousing Manager

Our client a leading FMCG company based in Beirut Lebanon is seeking a highly capable and results-driven Logistics & Warehousing Manager with 57 years of experience to lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations across multiple markets. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency cost optimization and supply chain excellence.

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations across multiple countries.
• Manage inbound outbound and e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy effective stock governance and warehouse efficiency.
• Oversee transportation freight and customs clearance activities.
• Drive logistics cost optimization while maintaining high service levels.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) freight forwarders and other logistics partners.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by aligning supply inventory and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement logistics and warehousing KPIs governance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead mentor and develop logistics and warehouse teams.

• 57 years of relevant experience in logistics warehousing or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing logistics operations across multiple markets.
• Strong experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and logistics partners.
• Solid understanding of inventory management transportation customs clearance and cost control.
• Strong leadership analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
