Lawyer

JP Legal is seeking a highly experienced Lawyer with extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian and UAE laws and regulations. The successful candidate will provide legal advice to clients support cross-border transactions ensure regulatory compliance and assist businesses with their corporate and commercial legal needs across both jurisdictions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B.); a Masters Degree or additional legal qualifications is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience preferably within a law firm or corporate legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian and UAE laws regulations and business practices.
• Proven experience advising corporate clients on legal and regulatory matters.
• Excellent legal drafting negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
