HR Operations Manager (Lebanon)

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end HR processes across Lebanon supporting the full talent lifecycle from recruitment through development and retention. This role ensures HR compliance maintains accurate employee records and promotes strong employee relations through responsive confidential support.
