Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards.
• Inspect guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Assign daily tasks monitor productivity and support team members to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure guest requests and maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies linen and equipment to maintain efficient operations.
• Train coach and motivate team members while promoting a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health safety hygiene and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office Engineering Laundry and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 24 years of housekeeping experience including supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
