Job Summary
Dashco is working with a financial services / Forex brokerage who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to join their team.
Position: Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator
Location: Preferred from Lebanon
Work model: Remote
Employment type: SLA / Independent Contractor
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:0017:00 Cyprus time
Monthly Pay: USD 1000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate daily and weekly tasks across multiple departments
- Track project timelines deliverables and dependencies to ensure on-time execution
- Prepare structured project briefs follow-up notes and status updates for senior management
- Identify project blockers early and escalate issues when necessary
- Conduct market research and prepare relevant findings when required
- Manage calendars meeting agendas and follow-up action lists
- Prepare presentations summaries and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate internal communication and ensure alignment across teams
- Prepare internal operational reports when required
- Act as the operational link between Growth Support Risk IT Compliance and Marketing teams
- Ensure departments receive clear instructions deadlines and expectations
- Maintain accurate and structured documentation for ongoing projects and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience in operations admin project coordination executive support support management or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently under an SLA agreement
- Availability to provide full support during Cyprus working hours 08:0017:00
- Experience within brokerage fintech or financial services is an advantage
