Engineering Supervisor

• Supervise the daily activities of the Engineering team and ensure efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor the operation maintenance and repair of hotel equipment systems and facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and engineering standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and coordinate with contractors and suppliers when required.
• Coach and develop team members while promoting a culture of safety teamwork and service excellence.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Electrical Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 35 years of engineering or maintenance experience including supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
