Director of Safety & Security

• Lead the hotels safety and security operations ensuring the protection of guests Heartists visitors and hotel assets.
• Develop and implement security emergency response and crisis management procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health safety fire and security regulations.
• Manage risk assessments incident investigations and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with hotel departments and local authorities to maintain a secure operating environment.
• Lead coach and develop a high-performing Safety & Security team.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Security Management Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in safety and security including 3 years in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of security operations fire life safety emergency preparedness and risk management.
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
