Director of Information Technology (IT)

• Lead and manage all hotel IT operations including infrastructure networks servers business applications telecommunications and end-user support.
• Ensure the availability security and performance of all IT systems to support seamless hotel operations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee cybersecurity measures data protection system backups disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Manage hotel technology systems including Property Management Systems (PMS) Point of Sale (POS) guest internet services and other operational platforms.
• Plan manage and monitor the IT budget technology investments and vendor contracts.
• Lead IT projects system upgrades and new technology implementations.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and local regulatory requirements related to information security and data privacy.
• Recruit coach and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of innovation service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 610 years of progressive IT experience including 25 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel technology systems networking cybersecurity cloud services and IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing Property Management Systems (PMS) Point of Sale (POS) and other hospitality applications.
• Proven experience in project management vendor management budgeting and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
